At OEM WHEEL SHOP, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack the unworn items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure a full refund.

  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
